Husky Bucks is the easy-to-use, cashless form of payment accessible through the student ID Card. Like a debit card, Husky Bucks is a prepaid account that students use to purchase food, goods and services both on and off campus. With Husky Bucks, your student has access to all the necessities of campus life – without the need to carry cash, checks or credit cards. Since Husky Bucks is a debit card your student can never spend more than is deposited in the account. No more worries about bounced checks or credit card bills and interest payments! Plus, they will receive discounts and are eligible for prizes at participating locations.

Here are some of the benefits of Husky Bucks:

• No monthly service fees or minimum balance requirements
• Funds not spent will rollover to the next semester and are automatically refunded upon graduation or separation from the University
• Cardholder statements detail every transaction and are available electronically using the Manage My Account site as an authorized user (view an example)
• Deposits can be made at any time and you can also be setup to receive notifications by email when your student’s account falls below a selected dollar amount
