Participation Steps
- Complete the Merchant Application form
- Complete, sign and return the Merchant Agreement
- Complete, sign and return the State of CT Nondiscrimination Certification
- Complete, sign and return the Mobile Card Reader Terms
- Return Merchant Agreement, State of CT Nondiscrimination Certification, and Mobile Card Reader Terms by mail or email.

Upon receipt of all four forms, you will receive an email from huskybuysupport@uconn.edu. You will need to open the email and click on the link to begin the process of becoming a University of Connecticut vendor. When completing the process you will need to upload a signed W-9 Form.
