The One Card Office will be conducting an upgrade of our main system, CS Gold.  The system will be down Monday, December 29th, 2025 from 7am-9am. This will impact the use and acceptance of Husky Bucks.  Patrons will not be able to process Husky Bucks payments during this time.

Once the upgrade is completed, communication will be sent out as soon as we have brought the system back up and completed a successful test.  Please email us at onecard@uconn.edu with any questions.  Thank you for your patience and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

The One Card Office will have adjusted hours during the upcoming holidays.  Please be advised of the following changes in hours of operations:

Attention Huskies:  During the week of Thanksgiving Recess, 11/24/25 – 11/28/25, the One Card Office will be opened 8am – 4pm Monday through Wednesday.  We will be closed Thursday and Friday.  The One Card Office will resume normal business hours on December 1st.  Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving Recess!

Effective July 1, 2025, the convenience fee for online Husky Bucks deposits will change from a flat $2 per transaction to 3% of the deposit amount.

This means the fee will vary based on how much you deposit.

Example: A $50 deposit will now have a $1.50 fee.

The One Card Office will be closed on Friday, May 23rd through Monday, May 26th.  We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 27th of 8am – 4pm.  Please plan accordingly.

If you need a replacement ID when the One Card Office is closed, you can still access your meal plan in the Dining Halls by showing a photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and providing your PeopleSoft Number to the Dining Hall personnel.  (This can only be done temporarily until the One Card Office is open and available for business.)  To access your Residence Hall, call Facilities Operations’ Front Desk at 860-486-3113.  This service is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  Thank you.

Attention cardholders! The cardholder login may be unavailable due to disaster recovery testing on Sunday, May 18th. This may affect photo submission and Husky Bucks deposits. We apologize for any inconvenience, Monday, May 19th, you can resume normal operations.
