Welcome back Huskies! The One Card Office for Storrs campus will be open both Saturday 8/29 and Sunday 8/30 10am-4pm . Regular business hours are 8am-4pm M-F. Located in room 228 of the Student Union, across from the Information Desk. No appointment necessary. Bring a form of government issued ID (digital copy is acceptable) to obtain your Husky One Card.
One Card Office Closing at 2pm on 7/29/26
Due to the transition of a new card system, the One Card Office will be closing at 2pm on Wednesday, 7/29/2026.
Grubhub Users: Important UConn Husky One Card Update
As the One Card Office transitions to a new card management and point-of-sale system, support for using your Husky Bucks with Grubhub will end, effective Thursday, July 30, 2026.
What is changing?
- Beginning July 30, 2026, Husky Bucks can no longer be used to pay for orders through the Grubhub app.
- This change applies to all students, faculty, and staff who have linked their UConn Husky One Card to their Grubhub app for Husky Bucks purchases.
What is not changing?
- You can continue to use Grubhub+ by linking your Amazon Prime account (if you have one) at no additional cost, or pay the $9.99/month Grubhub+ subscription.
- Husky Bucks will continue to be accepted at participating on-campus dining locations and participating off-campus merchants that accept Husky Bucks.
- Your Husky Bucks balance will remain available for eligible purchases.

One Card Office Closing at 3:15pm on 3/3/26
Due to the forecasted weather and guidance from the University, the One Card Office will be closing at 3:15pm on Tuesday, 3/3/2026. Stay safe Huskies!
One Card Office Closed Monday (2/23) and Tuesday (2/4)
Due to winter weather and cleanup, the One Card Office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday. We will re-open on Wednesday, 2/25/26 at 8am.

Attention: Scheduled Maintenance on 12/29/2025
The One Card Office will be conducting an upgrade of our main system, CS Gold. The system will be down Monday, December 29th, 2025 from 7am-9am. This will impact the use and acceptance of Husky Bucks. Patrons will not be able to process Husky Bucks payments during this time.
Once the upgrade is completed, communication will be sent out as soon as we have brought the system back up and completed a successful test. Please email us at onecard@uconn.edu with any questions. Thank you for your patience and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

One Card Office Hours during Thanksgiving Recess
Attention Huskies: During the week of Thanksgiving Recess, 11/24/25 – 11/28/25, the One Card Office will be opened 8am – 4pm Monday through Wednesday. We will be closed Thursday and Friday. The One Card Office will resume normal business hours on December 1st. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving Recess!
