Updated Cardholder Agreement – Effective 7/30/18
A revised cardholder agreement will be effective as of 7/30/18. The most significant change refers to Husky Bucks refunds. Going forward, any student that graduates or separates from the University, will automatically be issued any credit in their Husky Bucks account to their fee bill. Continue reading
One Card Office closed 1/17/18
Hello! Due to the forecasted weather, the One Card Office will be closed Wednesday, 1/17/18. If you are a merchant or a department on campus and need technical assistance, please send a detailed email to onecardsupport@uconn.edu. If you have lost your One Card, please deactivate it immediately at onecard.uconn.edu. The One Card Office will re-open on Thursday, 1/18/18 at 8am.
One Card Office Summer Hours
The One Card Office will be open Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm beginning May 8, 2017. We will resume our normal business hours at the beginning of the Fall 2017 semester. Thank you.
