One Card Office Holiday Hours

The One Card Office will be open Monday, December 20th through Thursday, December 23rd 8am – 4pm.  The One Card Office will be closed Friday, December 24th through Sunday, January 2nd.  During this time, although we will be closed, emails will be monitored periodically.

If you are a Husky Bucks merchant experiencing Husky Bucks technical issues, please send a detailed email to onecardsupport@uconn.edu.  If you are a student experiencing residential door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardacess@uconn.edu.  If you are a patron on campus experiencing door access issues, please contact Facilities Operations at 860-486-3113 for further assistance.  If you are experiencing issues using your winter break meal plan, please contact Dining Services at 860-486-3128 for further assistance.  If you have lost your One Card and are in need of a replacement, please deactivate your One Card immediately and send a detailed email to onecard@uconn.edu.

On Monday, January 3rd, the One Card Office will reopen at 8am.

Office Hours during Thanksgiving Recess

The One Card Office hours during the Thanksgiving Recess are as follows:

Monday, November 22, 2021 – 8am-4pm;  Tuesday, November 23, 2021 – 8am-4pm;  Wednesday, November 24, 2021 – Closed;  Thursday, November 25, 2021 – Closed;  Friday, November 26, 2021 – Closed.

Although the One Card Office will be closed Wednesday through Friday, email will be monitored.  If you are a Husky Bucks merchant or department on campus in need of Husky Bucks technical support, please send a detailed email to onecardsupport@uconn.edu and a technician will be in contact.  If you are a student experiencing door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardaccess@uconn.edu and a team member from Residential Life will be able to further assist you.  If you are a patron who has lost their One Card, please deactivate your One Card immediately.  Regional campus students should send a detailed email to onecard@uconn.edu requesting an ID replacement.  Storrs campus students should come to the One Card Office during our normal business hours resuming on Monday, November 29th.  Thank you and happy holidays.

Starting Monday, August 23rd, the One Card Office will be open for walk-ins. Hours are as follows:

Monday, 8/23: 8-4

Tuesday, 8/24: 8-8

Wednesday, 8/25: 8-4

Thursday, 8/26: 8-4

Friday, 8/27: 8-6

Saturday, 8/28: 10-4

Sunday, 8/29: 10-2

Monday, 8/30 and thereafter 8-4

August 16th, 2021 – Last Day for Mailing Cards (Residential Students)

If you are living on the Storrs or Stamford campus for the Fall 2021 semester and do not have a UConn ID, you need to take action. If you have lost your card, please email us at onecard@uconn.edu and request a new one. If you are a new student and have not uploaded your photo, please do this as soon as possible. The last day cards will be mailed to home addresses is August 16th. If you don’t have your requests and approved photos in by that date, you will need to pick up your card in person (Storrs campus). Cards for Stamford residential students will be mailed to the Stamford residence hall after the 16th.
