One Card Office Closed Wednesday, 7/26 from 9am – noon

The One Card system will be undergoing a minor revision upgrade on Wednesday, July 26th between 9am and noon. During this time the office will not be able to create any UConn IDs. This will also impact the acceptance of Husky Bucks at off campus merchants. As soon as the upgrade is complete and testing has been done, the office will be opened and communication will be sent out.

One Card Office Holiday Hours

In lieu of the upcoming holidays, the One Card Office will be closed starting Monday, December 26, 2022 through Monday, January 2, 2023.  Email will be monitored.  Should you need assistance, please send a detailed email to onecard@uconn.edu.  If you are a merchant or a department on campus and need Husky Bucks technical support, please email onecardsupport@uconn.edu and a technician will be in contact.  If you are a student experiencing residence hall door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardaccess@uconn.edu and a team member from Residential Life will be in contact.  If you are a patron on campus experiencing door access issues, please send a detailed email to facilities_operations@uconn.edu and a team member from Facilities Operations will be in contact.  The One Card Office will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 8am.  We wish you all a happy and safe holiday, from the One Card Office!

One Card Office Thanksgiving Recess Hours

During the Thanksgiving Recess, the One Card Office will be open Monday, 11/21/22 through Wednesday, 11/23/22 8am – 12pm.  The One Card Office will be closed Thursday, 11/24/22 to spend the holiday with our families and friends.  The One Card Office will also be closed Friday, 11/25/22; however, email will be monitored.  During this time, if you have lost your One Card, please deactivate it immediately at the One Card Office website and request a replacement ID here.  If you are a merchant or a department on campus that should need Husky Bucks’ technical support, please email onecardsupport@uconn.edu and a technician will be in contact.  If you are a student experiencing residence hall door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardaccess@uconn.edu and a member of Residential Life will be in contact.  All other door access issues should be reported to Facilities Operations at https://fo.uconn.edu/.  For all other inquiries, please email onecard@uconn.edu.  The One Card Office will resume normal business hours on Monday, 11/28/22 at 8am.  Happy Holidays!

Welcome back Huskies!  The One Card Office will be open the following hours during move-in to assist those students moving back to campus:  Monday, 8/22/22 8am-6pm; Tuesday, 8/23/22 8am-6pm; Wednesday, 8/24/22 8am-4pm; Thursday, 8/25/22 8am-4pm; Friday, 8/26/22 8am-4pm; Saturday, 8/27/22 9am-3pm; and Sunday, 8/28/22 9am-3pm.

Friday, March 18th – One Card System Unavailable

On Friday, March 18th the One Card Office will be unable to print One Cards, replacement One Cards, and process Husky Bucks deposits due to a scheduled system update. Maintenance is scheduled from 8am – 4pm. We will resume printing cards on Monday, March 21st. Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconveniences.

March 14th – One Card Office System Maintenance
