Attention incoming freshman, transfer and graduate students participating in the Online Photo Submission process…

Due to the nature of COVID-19 and our ever changing environment, the One Card Office has updated our online photo submission process to allow for us to have more options available when it comes time to distribute printed One Cards to patrons. The first step in the online photo submission process has been updated for you to upload your government issued ID/photo ID, (in JPEG or PNG format), to verify your information accordingly.  The second step is for you to upload your head shot photo in JPEG format you wish to use for your UConn ID following the photo submission guidelines.

If you should experience any difficulties while uploading your documents and/or photos, please send a detailed email to onecard@uconn.edu, including your name and NetID, and a team member will be in contact.

Due to growing concerns of COVID-19 and directives from the University, the One Card Office will be closed until further notice.  Although the office will be closed, email will be monitored.  If you are a Husky Bucks merchant or a UConn department in need of assistance, please send a detailed email to onceardsupport@uconn.edu and a technician will be in contact.  If you are a student experiencing door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardaccess@uconn.edu and a representative from Residential Life will be in contact.  All other door access issues, please send a detailed email to Facilities Operation at facilities_operations@uconn.edu  or call Work Order Control at 860-486-3113.  If you have any other One Card inquiries, please send a detail email to onecard@uconn.edu.   We are all working together during this time, thank you for understanding.  Be well!

Attention students returning to Storrs campus for the Spring 2020 term.  The One Card Office will be open Sunday, January 19, 2020 12pm-4pm to assist you with your One Card needs.  If you have yet to pick up your new One Card, this will also be the perfect opportunity to stop by the office.  We will also be open normal business hours on Monday, January 20, 2020.  Thank you.

Attention UConn Community!  Effective immediately, Coca-Cola vending machines are temporarily not accepting Husky Bucks at this time. Once the update has been completed, we will notify patrons when they can resume using Husky Bucks at the Coca-Cola vending machines.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, and thank you for your patience.
