March 14th – One Card Office System Maintenance
On Monday, March 14th the One Card Office will be unable to print One Cards or replacement One Cards and process Husky Bucks deposits due to a scheduled system update. Maintenance is scheduled from 8am – 10am. Notification will be posted once the One Card system is back up and running as normal. Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Winter Weather Closing
Attention: Due to inclement weather, the One Card Office will be closed Friday, 1/7/2022. We will re-open on Monday, 1/10/2022 at 8am.
One Card Office Holiday Hours

The One Card Office will be open Monday, December 20th through Thursday, December 23rd 8am – 4pm. The One Card Office will be closed Friday, December 24th through Sunday, January 2nd. During this time, although we will be closed, emails will be monitored periodically.

The One Card Office hours during the Thanksgiving Recess are as follows:
Monday, November 22, 2021 – 8am-4pm; Tuesday, November 23, 2021 – 8am-4pm; Wednesday, November 24, 2021 – Closed; Thursday, November 25, 2021 – Closed; Friday, November 26, 2021 – Closed.
Although the One Card Office will be closed Wednesday through Friday, email will be monitored. If you are a Husky Bucks merchant or department on campus in need of Husky Bucks technical support, please send a detailed email to onecardsupport@uconn.edu and a technician will be in contact. If you are a student experiencing door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardaccess@uconn.edu and a team member from Residential Life will be able to further assist you. If you are a patron who has lost their One Card, please deactivate your One Card immediately. Regional campus students should send a detailed email to onecard@uconn.edu requesting an ID replacement. What to know about Online Photo Submission for your UConn ID
Attention incoming freshman, transfer and graduate students participating in the Online Photo Submission process…
Due to the nature of COVID-19 and our ever changing environment, the One Card Office has updated our online photo submission process to allow for us to have more options available when it comes time to distribute printed One Cards to patrons. The first step in the online photo submission process has been updated for you to upload your government issued ID/photo ID, (in JPEG or PNG format), to verify your information accordingly. The second step is for you to upload your head shot photo in JPEG format you wish to use for your UConn ID following the photo submission guidelines.
If you should experience any difficulties while uploading your documents and/or photos, please send a detailed email to onecard@uconn.edu, including your name and NetID, and a team member will be in contact.
