The One Card Office hours of operation during Thanksgiving Recess (11/25/24-11/29/24) are as follows: Monday through Wednesday, 8am – 4pm; Thursday and Friday we will be closed. If you have lost your One Card, please deactivate it immediately. If you are a merchant or a department on campus that should need Husky Bucks’ technical support. Please email onecardsupport@uconn.edu and a technician will be in contact. If you are a student experiencing residence hall door access issues, please send a detailed email to cardaccess@uconn.edu and a member of Res Life will be in contact.
